RESERVATIONS All reservations are confirmed on the conditions that a non-refundable deposit is paid to Compassline Africa Tours within 60 Days of departure, with the exception of the full day tours, in which 24 hours notice is required, and payment is to be made on confirmation of booking. PRICES & ACCOMMODATION CHANGES Prices quoted in the brochure are subject to availability of rooms at discounted rates and Compassline Africa Tours reserves the right to supply alternative accommodation or services of the same quality should this be necessary for whatever reason. Should weather conditions render certain services impossible to deliver, alternative options will be offered, but no refund will be paid. Whilst every endeavor will be made to hold prices quoted in this tariff, prices will only be confirmed upon confirmation of reservation.
