PAYMENT
Compassline Africa Tours requires full pre-payment, which should be deposited directly into our bank account prior to the passenger departing.  This payment should reflect in our bank account at least 30 days prior to arrival, and where bookings are made within 30 days, payment should be made within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of your booking.  Compassline Africa Tours reserves the right to cancel any reservation in respect of which any payment is not made timeously.  Compassline Africa Tours guarantee the price of land arrangements, once full payment is received, except where any subsequent increase is beyond the control of Compassline Africa Tours.  Airfares are subject to the price and conditions quoted by the airlines and cannot be guaranteed by Compassline Africa Tours.

CANCELLATION CHARGES – FIT’S
The standard cancellation conditions at the hotels are that a 100% cancellation fee is charged if cancellation is effected within 72 hours prior to arrival.  Certain properties do not comply with this standard and clients will be bound by their cancellation conditions.

This is our standard Schedule Tours cancellation policy.  Each hotel or lodge structures their own cancellation policy, which, if different, will be notified to you at the time of your reservation.  Please ensure that Compassline Africa Tours confirm all cancellations back to you, as the agent can be liable for charges without documentary proof.

RENOVATIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO HOTELS
Compassline Africa Tours is not responsible for any inconvenience caused due to alterations and renovations to hotels.  All tours and transfers are conducted with English-speaking drivers/guides unless otherwise stated on confirmation.
