DESERT CAMP

To satisfy the ever growing demand from FIT and Southern African tourists for self-catering facilities in the Soussusvlei area, Taleni Africa (Pty) Ltd., the holding company of the popular Soussusvlei Lodge, opened DESERT CAMP in July 2006. This facility is situated only four kilometres away from the main lodge at the entrance gate to Soussusvlei (Namib Naukluft Park) and is also ideal for tour groups with meals served at the Lodge. DESERT CAMP nestles under centuries old camel thorn trees and has an unsurpassed 360 degrees view over the desert landscape and surrounding mountains.
